Claire Dunne seamlessly curates these very personal accounts of Jung‘s life using letters to people who mattered to him at various times in his life and letters by others expressing their feelings about him and his thoughts. If you are not totally familiar with Carl Jung‘s work, it serves as a great introduction and you will enjoy this deep dive into what moved him to develop various theories and how he came about them throughout his life.

2 weeks of waterside reading spots makes returning to homework almost cruel....just sayin

Very mediocre reading month… The best were Blacktop Wasteland, The Housemaid and Any Other Family. My book spin and double Bookspin we‘re just okay.

It's hard to believe June is almost over, feels like it only started yesterday. I have two days off during this readathon, so I'm hoping to make 20 hours.

The gifts of the body by Rebecca Brown

This story is about a health care worker who cares for the end of life individuals with aids, it tore my heart out but such a great read.

When I read my first book by Heather Gudenkauf I knew I would definitely be reading more of her books. Picked this old library book up at Goodwill the other day for less than a dollar. Big score 🏆

I am glad that a friend of mine recommended this book. It was a very good read. I found this book to be very educational. I‘d never heard of the Eugenics Program before. I can‘t image the types of things that took place between the 1930s-1970s happening today. I found it hard to put this book down at times. Diane Chamberlain is certainly a wonderful author.
