😍📚📖📚📖😍❣ #DeweyJuly #Readathon #BestOf2018SoFar #ForTheLoveOfBooks

My top picks from what I've read thus far in 2018!!

If I had to pick just one- 'The City of Brass' wins it from me due to the excitement & anticipation that I felt every time I got to delve back into that fantastical story, that rich setting, & all that engrossing & diverse political intrigue!

I can't wait to revisit it all again once the next installment comes out!

For today‘s prompt, I‘m going to interpret #BestOf2018SoFar as best that I have read in 2018... not best released. Because I‘m a grown woman and I do what I want.

This one is still the best of the best. ❤️

These are my favorite reads of 2018 so far, in no particular order, & not necessarily published in 2018. What are yours?

Us Against You
The Bell Jar
Lord of the Flies
The Power
Black Like Me
Black Water
Queenpin
Behind Her Eyes
The Keep
The Versions of Us

artkavanagh Glad to hear somebody else likes Behind Her Eyes. I've never read The Bell Jar, somewhat to my own surprise. I guess it's looking increasingly unlikely that I'll ever get around to it. And what a varied selection. 6y
Sweettartlaura @artkavanagh The Bell Jar can be read in one sitting, two if you prefer. Don‘t miss out - it‘s beautiful ❤️ 6y
artkavanagh Thanks for that, @Sweettartlaura. I‘ll have to get to it now. 6y
