Catching up on yesterday‘s prompt. I thought of this cookbook & lifestyle guide from Cafe Gratitude. A small vegan restaurant in So.Cal. I have made a couple of the soups from it quite a while ago but since this post reminded me, I‘m going to pull it out & reacquaint myself. #cookbookhoarderproblems 😉
ImperfectCJ I went to their location in the Mission in SF several times years ago (I don't even know if it's still there). I have dietary restrictions, and it was one of the few places I could go and order anything on the menu...quite a treat! My favorite recipe from the cookbook is the chocolate mousse, but so many are tasty! 5y
