An important story to understand and to remember that women continue to be subjected to all types of abuse and harassment. I listened to Kara‘s story, and while I can appreciate was accurate and source-checked with supporting evidence, it is also on the dry side. Regardless, important to know how it went down and continues now. I would have preferred being placed in the moment of vivid happier memories, but it was succinct and gut wrenching!

This book is a great guide.

This was such a great book. I love all of the amazing people in this book. I‘m actually sad it‘s over. I hope he gets back to Kenya occasionally. This is my favourite book about running, and I will definitely be listening to it again the next time I need some inspiration for my runs or just something a little different in my routine.
