💋I like the development of Zen & Shimana‘s relationship & how she‘s growing to respect him more as a person.
💋I didn‘t care for the back & forth in the last two chapters as it felt a bit too much for me.
💋Characters are still cute & entertaining.
💋Overall, not a lot happened in this volume at all in terms of plot; focused more on inner struggles the characters have w/their insecurities & romantic feelings.

The latest shōjo addiction: Dreamin‘ Sun! Ichigo Takano is definitely my favourite mangaka for this genre.

I find Shimana, the female protagonist, to be slightly irritating, but overall I really like the humour. The teens are definitely more on the immature side, but I have a feelings it's there as groundwork for plenty of upcoming character growth. I LOVE the artwork; it's very cute. I'm enjoying this manga! Can't wait for the next volume to release soon! 4/5.

This was so funny & sweet!! I love the characters so much. But I must confess this volume made me cry. My best friend was a guy named Zen. He loved pandas & had crazy ass bed head, just like the Zen in this manga. It brought up so many of the bestest memories. I miss him so dearly & wish he was alive to read this. This manga is gonna be suuuper special for me, I just know it. 🖤 4.25/5

Book one of vacation has been completed! .
I absolutely loved ORANGE by Ichigo Takano, so I had to pick up the first volume of DREAMIN' SUN. So far it's a cute story, but not quite as awesome as ORANGE. I'm interested to see where the story goes.
