Have you ever heard of the escape room game?
An escape room, also known as an "escape game", is a physical adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. Escape rooms may consist of a large, single room, or span multiple rooms. Players are given a set time limit to unveil the secret plot which is hidden within the rooms.

Games are set in a variety of fictional locations, such as prison cells, dungeons, and space stations, and usually the various puzzles and riddles themselves follow the theme of the room. EadieB Escape rooms became popular in North America, Europe and East Asia in the 2010s. Permanent escape rooms in fixed locations were first opened in Asia and followed later in Hungary, Australia, New Zealand, Russia and South America. 6y

EadieB Escape rooms usually have a storyline or theme (depending on the style of the game) Some common themes and story lines that are often found in escape rooms include zombies, haunted houses, science laboratories, prisons, pirates, treasure hunting, hostage, and kidnappings.
Most popular themes are Tombs, Space and Historical, and the least preferred were: Horror, Office amd Zombie. 6y

Birdsong28 I am doing one for my 30th birthday celebrations with my friends, we had a choice and we picked the dark magic room as we couldn't get up to the Harry Potter studios so it was still vaguely fitting with our theme. We have got an hour to solve the mystery and get out of the room. 📚📖 6y

Lissie We were doing this with few work friends but then few backed out last minute unfortunately so it got cancelled. It sounds fun though. Maybe i shall organise it with friends outside of work one day. 6y
