Delightful story of three generations of women and those that enter their lives and days.
Such gentle prose which reveals their thoughts and relationships.

Another by Gibbons, after enjoying the first I read.
This is just as interesting. I do like a woman, inter generation small town story.

I haven't read these books so I don't know if the characters live #charmed lives. (Based on the Kaye Gibbons books I have read, I'd guess not in the tagged book.) #literaryluck @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @vkois88

The lives of these three strong muti-generational women are anything but charmed! Somehow, Gibbons tells their stories in such a way that is almost simultaneously tragic but hilarious. I absolutely loved the character development even if the plot was wonky at times. If you are a fan of southern chick lit, this is a MUST read for 2019. HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🥂😍🎉🎆
