I liked the top row the best — they were all incredible. The bottom row were my least favorites.

My goal for the year is 25% nonfiction & 25% BIPOC authors. In March I read 7 BIPOC authors— 26%, but only 4 NF books— 15%. #howjessicareads2021

I've got a lot more to say about my March reading specifically & my overall thoughts for the first quarter of 2021. It‘s too long for a caption (since I‘ve read 75 books!) 😅

EVERYONE should read Caste. Everyone. I‘ve read a lot of antiracist books in the last 3 years, and this is the best. Hands down.

I read 20 books in February!
25% NF (met my goal, yay!)
45% BIPOC authors (surpassed my goal, woot!)

Didn‘t really enjoy the right hand three on the bottom row. But otherwise had some great reads. Will do a separate post with favorites! #howjessicareads2021

Not to brag... but I just finished my review for this book TWO DAYS EARLY. Phew. The last few months “pandemic brain” has really caught up to me and I‘ve struggled to hit my review deadlines. But I‘m doing ok this month, woot!! #howjessicareads2021
