pickThis author is new to me but I‘m happy to admit that her novel is the first book that I finished reading via NetGalley. It‘s about an actress named Meribel Mills whose stalker escalated from sending letters to breaking into her apartment. So, she decides to leave LA and move to Atlanta with her preteen daughter Honor. Thank you @HarperCollins for this ARC! I'm 10 pages in and I'm already hooked. Leia, the main character, is a bestselling comic book artist and she gets knocked up by a guy who had approached her dressed as Batman. I can see the drama coming. This is not a book I would have picked up if I judged it by the cover but at the first mention of DC Comics and Darkhorse, I was in. Then Leia mentioned "nerdcations" and I knew she was my kind of girl. ?
