My first audiobook of the year! I actually got through this book a lot quicker than I usually do for audiobooks. I found the readers‘ voices captivating & fitting for the characters they read. It was an odd plot with strange characters, but after reflection I think that uniqueness bumped it up for me.

Although it took me some time to get through this one, I did enjoy it. Ko was able to show me a different culture, an alternate point of view, and help me understand struggles I have never dealt with personally.
