Not book related at all, but... My daughters are dressed in black tonight to mourn the passing of the late, great Snooty the Manatee who died in a tragic accident at his home in Florida. RIP sweet Snooty. 😢
Bostonmomx2 Oh no 😕 I have a friend in Melbourne FL whose just started kayaking and they have manatees swimming all around them. I think that would be so amazing. 8y
monkeygirlsmama @Bostonmomx2 That would be incredible! My grandparents used to have a house in Melbourne, FL where they spent their winters. We used to go stay with them, and I can remember going and watching the wild manatees. Never got to kayak with them though, but I may now have a new life goal. 😁 8y
