I wanted to be blown away by this one, but unfortunately I wasn‘t ☹️ I‘m giving it a soft pick because there were lots of twists, but by the end I was just worn out and wanted it to end. Some things were predictable and some I‘m still scratching my head about (the sister) This is my first book to read by these authors and I‘ll give them another go. Maybe I need a break from psychological thrillers 🤷‍♀️

It took me months to finish this book. I picked it up...walked away from it...and just let other books enter my life. I was rather disappointed in the pacing and story telling. While interesting a lot was missing. I sincerely hope the second book is better (because I own it and plan to read it) but this first one was a struggle. #allhype #maybeitsjustme
