pickIt takes a couple of chapters but when this one gets going it is relentless. I pretty much read the whole thing like this 🫣 & will have to read it again, more slowly to get everything. Impossible to look away from this complex, intricately plotted story that rages, tortures, despairs, & reminds you to never trust anyone. And just when you & the characters think you have a grasp on things, WHAM, you realize that you don‘t. And the ending…so good.
