TheWordJar I am so guilty of this! I don't know why, but I always read the last page before starting a book. There's hardly ever anything crucial on the last page, and honestly I always forget it while I'm reading anyway. Just a quirk, I guess. But I also like to read magazines backwards. 😳 8y
Mamashep Nooooooo!!!!! 8y
Suzze @TheWordJar My ex bookstore manager did that too. She said she could tell by the end if she would like the book. 8y

acorter @Mamashep I have 2 friends who do this. I agree with you! 8y
TheWordJar Isn't that funny! For me, the ending isn't even the reason I read it. Unless it's a classic or immensely popular book, I can't tell what's going on, nevermind if I'll like it or not! But I do realize it makes most book people cringe. 😖 (Maybe it's just the contrarian streak in me!) 8y
Bklover I've done it too. Lots. 😳 8y
BekahB HA! My mom does this with the last chapter of books. She eventually bought an e-reader but her one concern was that it would be too much of a hassle to skip to the last chapter. After I explained that she could navigate using the table of contents, she was ok with getting one. 😂 8y

Zelma This makes me think of When Harry Met Sally. 😂 8y
Wildwoman65 I confess that I do this all the time! 😄 8y
Suzze @Wildwoman65 I can't believe how many people do this. Now I feel like I am the odd person. 😜 8y
