Life with a kitten. 😭😭😭 We have to keep Cooper in our spare room, which just so happens to be my reading room, so I‘ve temporarily lost my peaceful reading spot and my books are apparently now food. And unfortunately this copy of Excellent Women is my mother in law‘s, so now I‘m on the hunt for this exact edition to replace for her. It‘s a good thing the kitten is cute and I love the shit out of him. #psheylitsy!

erinreads @cherinium My big cat likes to push the books off my nightstand, but luckily he‘s never been much into eating them. The kitten is proving to be a whole other story. POOR BOOKS. 😹 6y

erinreads @silentrequiem Cyress will eat anything plastic and then throw it up immediately. If Cooper turns out to be indifferent to plastic, then I can live with the paper eating. 6y
erinreads @Leftcoastzen The only paper the kitten has access to is in book form, so who knows what other weird paper stuff he‘ll be in to. And to his credit, he‘s only tried to eat 3 books in the past month, so it could be a lot worse. 6y
AlaMich Luna used to shred paper; in fact I let her use a closet as her “shredding space.” 😻💔 Maddie likes to eat plastic but unfortunately does not immediately throw it up. 6y
