loved all of the philosophy. I loved the way Haig played with the many worlds interpretation. It‘s a little bit (a very little bit) like It‘s a Wonderful Life with the coolest library, but it‘s so much more than that with all the academics. I love the perspective shift from worthlessness to potential. This is almost Sci-fi philosophy, but I love both, so I really enjoyed this book.

GingerAntics Carey Mulligan was amazing and really brought the whole thing to life. This would be such a great group read book, because it‘s such a conversation starter. I am so glad I decided to read this when I did. 1w
kspenmoll Do you know I never read this? Now I must!!!! 1w
GingerAntics @kspenmoll totally worth the read! It was so comforting, oddly. 1w

I love the drops of philosophy in this. The fact the MC was a philosophy major certainly sets the tone.

#themidnightlibrary is the kind of book that expands beyond just one label. It is a new-gen novel that flows across lives, space and timeline. It touches the invisible corner in the conscience where hope eternally fights and holds its fort.

Read it a second time in a month. Still can't put it into words, other than ... whatever didn't work out was never supposed to. The book puts all of your what ifs to rest. If you've read it, tell me how you processed it. I'd say this is definitely a must read. 🎁💝

24/52: The Midnight Library

This book was just so beautiful. There were so many wonderfully written passages throughout the book. The characters and storyline were just perfect. It really makes us think about our lives and how the affect the world around us. Definitely check this book out.

So so good. It took a bit for me to get into it, but it made me so emotional I cried. That doesn‘t happen too often with books. The human experience is truly captured and expressed here. Such a wonderful story. #themidnightlibrary #fiction #emotional

BookLineNSinker I lived this book so much too! Based on your feed we have the same taste in books lol and this is one of my all time faves. Have you read The Glass Hotel? It's another all time faves but a bit obscure. 3y
