Enjoyed this one, not an easy topic so I didn't often find myself reaching for it, kinda realized I need a heavy book along with a lighter one. Did make me think differently about certain points of view. All in all glad I read it.

RadicalReader @AnnieErickson I hope to see some more reviews from you soon I loved your review for The Hate U Give. 6y

This book grabbed me from the start as a Jane Austen fan. Also, time travel! Pretty sweet pairing if you ask me. This book had me looking up Jane Austen facts online, it's so interesting to think about the person who wrote such great work and the time she was living in.

Took me a bit to get through this one but towards the end all I wanted to do was read it. Glad I pushed through some parts that were a bit out of my interest.

RadicalReader @AnnieErickson I adore this book cover so indescribably beautiful 6y

This one was different than what I usually read. I liked it and it's been staying with me. I find myself thinking about it at random times through out the day. I read this so that I could read the new one that just came out.

There were parts that I really identified with and other parts not as much. That's alright, I took what I liked. In the end it was full of book darts!

This was one of those books I slowed down reading because I didn't want it to end! Great thought provoking story with characters I loved by the end. I was craving peach pie and wanting my own record player. Go read this!! (Also, my brand new baby boy has now somehow allowed more time for reading while I feed him! Yes!)

Started my summer reading goal list with this one, thanks to "What should I read next?" Summer reading guide. Also heard this one recommended by @Liberty on All the Books. I really felt the heat described in this book, the place was a big part of this story. Great mystery and a quick read.

Burned through this one. Love the simplicity of this one after reading a mind bending sci-fi. I love a book with family relationships and romance mixed in, with a little magic.

Haven't read sci-fi for a while but it felt real good to get back to it. Took a little way in for me to find my reading flow but towards the middle I couldn't put it down. It first I felt like I had read books like this before but then a unique world formed and had me thinking about it lots when I wasn't reading it. Trying to convince the hubs to read it too.

This book jumped started my reading, I was in a bit of a slump. This was a super quick read for me, just a few days. I'm a sucker for books about books though and this was was just the best. The story grabbed me from the start and that's what kept me hooked until the end. No tears but I came close.

Yep. I got sucked in just like everyone else. I power listened to this one over the holiday weekend. I even volunteered to mow the lawn so I could listen without any obligation to talk to people. 😉 This story seemed pulled from the headlines, which I'm sure was the intent. I wanted the answers but the behind the curtain look into the lives of the people involved was best way to discover the truth. #bibliogiveaway

I really liked the first one, I could relate due to having done care in homes as well. Enjoyed the second one and seeing what happened next in the story.

I think I liked this one even more than the second book in this series. Love the narrator and all the wonderful accents he does. Again this book made me want to be in Scotland, such beautiful and vivid descriptions.

Another audio book done. Can I just say I love Audible? My mom has been a member for years and has an amazing library. I have discovered many a good book through her picks. Thanks Mom! Now I need to read the next one and book a vacation to Scotland.

Just finished this on audio. Lots of chores got done. Lots of food was made, just so I could keep listening. Good to get back into audiobook listening, podcasts had taken over my listening time.

Well, really going into the nerd zone as my husband says. Haven't read many graphic novels but I flew through this one. The bookseller at check out was very excited about this one and told me about others I want to look into.

A library find per recommendation from Booksonthenightstand. I didn't get a lot of the references but I loved the extended exchange of letters and gifts. Inspired me to get back to my letter writing and how kindness can mean so much.

I'm sucked in now, already on to the next one. When describing this book to my husband he laughed as soon and I said cyborg. I'm a sucker for a YA sci-fi.
