Overall, I liked the book. The characters were interesting and Karin Slaughter threw in enough twists to keep me turning the pages. I‘d recommend this read to anyone who can stomach the gory details of the characters early lives.

Now one of my favourite books. A little bit of lore/ fantasy and lots of excitement. 100% would recommend :)

I found this book mysterious. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I couldn‘t put it down! I recommended it to my mom, but she didn‘t finish it because it was apparently too dark for her.

I read this book because of all the controversial reviews I read online. A lot of people really hated this book because it was too dark. I loved it and couldn‘t put it down, but it does get a little disturbing.

Great read. Definitely recommend :)
