I love this book and movie/tv series so much...I just do. Sorry it's taboo but I just fell in love with the characters and the story😌

I found this book in early summer around the time it came out...and then it sort of became a loose tradition of mine to read it every summer. I love books about homes/mansions/estates...and this was no exception! The family history is all very interesting to me. It reminded me of a mix of The Thorn Birds and Great Expectations in some ways. I also love the 2nd book in this series, but not quite as much as the 1st. I so look forward to the finale!
