This book has really changed the way I think about my day-to-day emotional reactions, perceptions, and assumptions. In short, we think we're rational, but not one of us truly is. Luckily, being aware of out basic mental processes and their weaknesses in the modern world actually reduces the impact of these evolutionary "glitches".
