Welcome to one of my favorite book series in the entire universe! I don't usually gravitate to thrillers, but a group of teenagers with a talent for catching serial killers? Got me! The author weaves their story with such detail, albeit eerie and dark, and clever mystery solving. I've got buggy eyes just thinking about it. 😳📖

I LOVED this adventurous, double-agent-infused story. The cover caught my eye first, but the book soared to my favorites list last year. Alas, I cannot get to my copy of "Enemy Exposure" to find out what happens next because it, like 97% of my books are packed up until my condo gets fixed. ?????

Water is my favorite element, but wow, the destruction it can cause... to the floors of my home. 😭 I loved The Little Mermaid, dark and fantastic. I have yet to read Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, but I'm always up for a sea adventure! #waterbooks

"Wildwood Dancing" is a beautiful retelling of "The Twelve Dancing Princesses", a fairytale I might not have paid too much attention to if not for how much I loved this book. "Cybele's Secret" is just as amazing and full of pirates and a smart, adventurous girl! ⚔️? #favoritebooks

I read this lovely recently, and it (along with the latest Pirates of the Caribbean movie) kickstarted my pirate and sea adventure obsessions again. Not sure if that's a good thing. 😅 #readingallnight

This series is one of my absolute unexpected favorites. No magic, oh no. But there is adventure, love, war, betrayal, false betrayal, knives, beautiful gowns, strategic battles, wonderful palace-like settings, beautiful ruins, heroines and heroes, and a heart-wrenching romance at its core.

herbookstacks These are so pretty! 7y
Jabberwowie @herbookstacks I agree, same with the front covers. And the way the author writes her stories is beautiful. 7y

I am a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland and pretty much every retelling I've come across. Here's one I haven't read yet, but I'm stoked to!

I have a fairly annoying habit of not finishing the very last book of a series I'm utterly into. Sometimes it's because the wait was too long, and I hesitate. Sometimes it's because I don't want those awesome stories to leave me. Winter is one of those fated not-yet-read books of a series that I consider part of my favorites. Sigh. 🔮

MrBook Great pic 😊👍🏻. 7y

I love the premise of Litsy, sheer book things & people geeking out over stories they've read or want to read. You guys understand me! So while I love IG for everything I'm into (books, writing, travels, science, wandering, etc.), I'm happy to have a place for #bookthings here. On that note... have you read "Three Dark Crowns"? It sheds new light on "villains", sisters, and queens, and I'm over the moon about "One Dark Throne"... halfway through!

MrBook Book things all the time, 24/7/365 🙌🏻. 7y

Trying out Litsy for the first time, and why not make my first post about a beautiful steampunk book with wonderful characters, friendships that span generations, and another lovely and intriguing adventure?

MyFriendsAreFiction This is soooooo pretty 7y
Jabberwowie @MyFriendsAreFiction Thank you! Have you read The Mortal Instruments? I read the first 3 and ended up liking the Infernal Devices more. 😅 (edited) 7y
