“History repeats, but science reverberates”
Overall really good book, full of information. However, it jumps around a lot, it probably would‘ve been better to make it into multiple books to avoid jumping around and getting confusing.
Who would‘ve thought you could write an entire book on this
A lot of characters to keep track of, but the story is so good.
I liked Truly Madly Guilty better than The Husband‘s secret. It really went into the intricacies of friendship and the effect of a shared traumatic event have on everyone involved. The story kept me interested and the side stories really helped develop the characters.
At times it was a bit slow, but overall I liked it. There were quite a few twists and turns that were drawn out, which intrigued me enough to get me through the slow parts. I did find it a bit difficult to keep up with the switching back and forth amongst the characters stories at the beginning, but it did become easier once I got in the swing of things. 3.5/5
