I found The Waking Land slow to get into at first, and hadn't immediately connected with the characters, but then the book really picked up and I enjoyed it and was really rooting for El!

I enjoyed this and wanted to know what happened but the concept has always seemed strange to me (even since the first book) and they are somewhat repetitive. Interesting and pretty easy to read though! 3/5 ⭐️ from me!

5/5 stars for The Girl Before. I couldn't put it down until I knew how it ended! I'd like to know a bit more about Edward as I felt he was left a bit open ended, but overall it was a fast-paced thrilling read. Thanks to Hachette Aus for the advanced copy!

5/5 stars! I loved this SO much. I didn't know what to expect with it written as a play but the writing is so strong that after a few pages you don't even notice the format. I am so in love with this story. It was a VERY pleasant surprise as I had no idea what I was in for and I have very high hopes for all thing Harry Potter related! JK Rowling can do no wrong. #Queen

This was amazing. I read less non-fiction than fiction but the non-fiction ones that are good really stick with me, and I cannot stop thinking about this. Amazing story of persistence and escape from such a horrendous regime. I cannot imagine the life she lead being 'normal' for so many people :-(
