Currently reading Allegedly. I'm about a third way through. It's eye opening and sad. And the "mystery" keeps you going.

I don't love love stories but this one has my heart. It makes me happy and the coming of age seems very relevant to today's age group. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

This book was a good mix of science and human interest. Henrietta was an amazing woman but her daughter Deborah was such a strong and kind person. I loved their story and I learned a lot about the injustices of medical procedures.

Amazing. I fell in love with all the characters and stories that represented so many cultures and types of people. I even wish some of them were books! Loved it.

Just getting into this one. I am intrigued by the first 70 or so pages. Hoping it's good!!!

If I had to go through what this woman went through I would quit my job. I expected it to be funnier. I also did not enjoy how extremely negative it was. 💁Still going to pass it on to my teacher homies.

Read this one with my freshmen and it was pretty interesting.

I enjoyed this second installment of The 100 much more than the first.

I'm not one for chick lit but this one has so much body positivity and growth that I fell in love.

Overall the book was cute. It didn't have me begging to finish but it did have a nice modern day telling of Sherlock and Watson.

That's some F-ed up shizzzzz. But my students and I were at least interested in the story to keep going.

It took me a week to finish this book which is a pretty long time for me. I liked the book and I plan on reading the next one but it didn't have any pivotal points that forced me to keep going. I just put it down and came back over and over again. I did like it tho. :)

Hoping to get through this series in a flash. It's pretty interesting so far for an end of the world book!

As a high school teacher I can see so many reasons to read this in a classroom. I'm going to do my best this year to read it to my kiddos.

I listened to this one in the car. I think if I had been reading it I would have bailed on it because it was a very slow beginning. However, because I could listen to it I was able to push through until the end. It wasn't a very thorough book and definitely can't stand on its own; I'm going to have to read the next one. I did enjoy it even with the strange names. 😜

Read this book in class. I'm not a country fan so I didn't get most of the references, but the overall theme of perseverance was well written.
