These are such cool thoughts about God and philosophy. I found this one by Jesuit Teilhard de Chardin and his thoughts on evolution and creationism are very unique. This is such a beautiful thought. That seems very cool and Christian too.

This is an extraordinary book. I say that as someone who has had very little to do with writing it. All I did, really, was “show up,“ ask a few questions, then take dictation. This book has been on the New York Times bestseller list for 91 weeks,This book took years to write. It did not come easily

I have been writing morning pages daily for nearly three months, and it has been quite a revelation! The thing about writing them is, it is a bit of a struggle, but truth be told, everything in the book is coming true. The fact that writing morning pages helps one unblock ones creativity, even though it seems like reverse psychology. The thing is writing three whole pages of text/prose works its magic on you. It also has some elements of CBT.

This is a pic somebody's personal thoughts about her experience of the book entitled 'The Artist's Way'. This is an awesome book and the concept of morning pages is truly something else. It truly takes alot of effort to write three whole pages of text every day, but the journey even though a little difficult is worth it because it leads to some rather astonishing revelations about our subconcious thought processes and find clarity in life

if there is anything relatable about standing your ground and being a good person in the bad world, perhaps it is that such people see beauty all around them. So, if you see beauty in everything you realize that, in essence, all of Life is a conversation with God. When people remember that and attribute their success to the owner of the Universe (who they think is God) it's easier to be grateful even. Who knows its divine timing almost.

You do not need to work to become spiritual. You are spiritual; you need only to remember that fact. Spirit is within you. God is within you. -Julia Cameron

The Artist's Way | Julia Cameron

Julia Cameron's philosophy has helped me understand that the ability to be artistic comes more naturally than one would think. Cameron believes that the “refusal to be creative is self-will and counter to our true nature.“ In other words, we all possess an inner creativity; we just willingly choose to block ourselves from that impulse. Her course is meant to help us unlock the artist that lives within each and every one of us.

“The book called 'The Artist's Way' helped me face my fears around trying new things and gave me a better framework to live with the vulnerability and uncertainty that comes with life.“

Many of us wish we were more creative. Many of us sense we are more creative but unable to tap effectively into that creativity. Our dreams elude us. Our lives seem somehow flat. Often, we have great ideas, and wonderful dreams, but we are unable to actualize them for ourselves. Sometimes we have specific longings we would love to be able to fulfil by learning to play the piano, painting, acting, or writing.

I am reading this incredible book. It sure has some interesting truths in it, such as how writing 3 whole pages of handwritten content can boost your creativity. It also tells you other nice things such as the importance of nurturing that creativity. One way of doing so is by going on Artist's Dates. There are also other things in first chapter worth noting, which somewhat interested me, and surprised me as well.

I love this Quote by Nedra Tawwab, that I found on Instagram years ago. The Quote that holds undeniable importance in the eye of my mind goes like this “I am no longer committed to changing the minds of people who are committed to misunderstanding me. Convincing people to see me as I am is not the best use of my energy.“ Isn't she a smart cookie.

I came across this writer/author/influencer when I was working at my first-ever content creation internship a few years ago. It was during this pivotal time, that God worked in mysterious ways as usual, and I did what I loved and pursued content writing/blogging instead of social media marketing, and doing related courses. Seems like I have a gift of writing well being able to be 'articulate' about the message I joyfully put out there.

“When I was 19, my father knew nothing. But when I was 35, I was amazed at how much the Old Man had learned.“Mark Twain captured it perfectly. Your younger years were never meant to be for truth teaching but for truth-gathering. How can you teach children a truth you haven't yet gathered? You can't, of course. So you'll wind up telling them the only truth you know—the truth of others. Your father's, your mother's, your culture's, your religion's.

or whatever), then you start “doing“ things from this place of beingness—and soon
you discover that what you are doing winds up bringing you the things you've always wanted to “have.“

When I want for you what you want for you, then I truly love you. When I want for
you what I want for you, then I am loving Me, through you. So, too, by the same measure, can you determine whether others love you, and whether you truly love others. For love chooses naught for itself, but only seeks to make possible the choices of the beloved other.

You must be so fearless that you can dare to enter into your own experience of God.
And then you must not feel guilty about it. When your own experience is violating
what you thought you knew, and what everyone else has told you, about God, you
must not feel guilty. Fear and guilt are the only enemies of man.

People can relate to you—even as they judge you. And if they see that you are truly
sincere, they can even forgive you for your “sordid past.“ Yet I tell you this: So long as you are still worried about what others think of you, you are owned by them.
Only when you require no approval from outside yourself can you own yourself?

Start your day on a positive Note!

Doing the best at this moment puts you in the best place for the next moment. You become what you believe, not what you think or what you want. Every day, you're only as good as your last show. The greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change his future by merely changing his attitude.

This is an engaging and profound conversation about the culture, philosophy, and spirituality of highly evolved beings. The final book of the series, deals with “universal truths of the highest order, and the challenges and opportunities of the soul.” A must-read. These are questions you would like to ask God! Seek to understand this. There is nothing that I am not. Therefore, I Am what I Am,
and I Am What I Am Not. (THIS IS THE DIVINE DICHOTOMY) This was the message of Book 1, and this basic truth you must understand—you must deeply know—if you are to understand and know the even more sublime truths to come, here, in Book 3.

Why did You make sex so good, so spectacular, so powerful a human experience if all we are to do is stay away from it as much as we can? What gives? For that matter, why are all fun things either “immoral, illegal, or fattening”?

Your attitudes about sex form a microcosm of your attitudes about life. Life should be a joy, a celebration, and it has become an experience of fear, anxiety, “not enoughness,”. The same can be said about sex.

Worry is just about the worst form of mental activity there is—next to hate, which is
deeply self-destructive. Worry is pointless. It is wasted mental energy. It also creates
bio-chemical reactions which harm the body, producing everything from
indigestion to coronary arrest, and a multitude of things in between.

Think a thought you can accept. “My success is coming to me now,” or “all things
lead to my success.” This is the trick behind the New Age practice of affirmations.
Affirmations do not work if they are merely statements of what you want to be true.
Affirmations work only when they are statements of something you already know
to be true.

When you want to change a root thought, act in accordance with the new idea you
have. But you must act quickly, or your mind will kill the idea before you know it. I
mean that literally. The idea, the new truth, will be dead in you before you‘ve had a
chance to know it.

blurb
SarahDWriter

The most rapid way to change a root thought, or sponsoring idea, is to reverse
the thought-word-deed process.Do the deed that you want to have the new thought about. Then say the words that you want to have your new thoughts about. Do this often enough and you‘ll train the mind to think a new way. You‘ve got to find a way to break out of the circle. So much of your present experience is based on your previous thought.

The question is: Do I wish to walk this path consciously, or unconsciously? With awareness or lack of awareness? As the cause of my experience, or at the effect of it? For most of your life you‘ve lived at the effect of your experiences. Now, you‘re invited to be the cause of them. That is what is known as conscious living. That is what is called walking in awareness.

Visualization is a key element of 'manifestation'. Visualization techniques usually involve using a vision board to make it easy for you to clearly see your goals. It is a collage of images and powerful words or phrases that evoke the visuals, objects, and sensations you associate with the successful achievement of your goal. Oprah Winfrey swears them, saying that the simple technique can help one achieve the grandest vision of their dreams 🤓

I‘ve heard this before—this “there are no rules” kind of religion. That‘s spiritual
anarchy. I don‘t see how that can work. There is no way it cannot work—if you are
about the business of creating your Self. If, on the other hand, you imagine yourself to be about the task of trying to be what someone else wants you to be, the
absence of rules or guidelines might indeed make things difficult.

blurb
SarahDWriter
post image

What will get you from here to there most quickly is total honesty—being
willing to assert, acknowledge, and declare exactly how you feel about a thing. Say
your truth—kindly, but fully and completely. Live your truth, gently, but totally and
consistently. Change your truth easily and quickly when your experience brings you
new clarity.

blurb
SarahDWriter

It may take lifetimes to understand this— and even more lifetimes to implement—for this truth revolves around an even greater one: What you do for your Self, you do for another. What you do for another, you do for the Self.

Relationships are sacred because they provide life‘s grandest opportunity—
indeed, its only opportunity—to create and produce the experience of your highest
conceptualization of Self.
