This is an emotional and powerful book. Recommend having tissues to hand when reading. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/11/16/you-will-not-have-my-hate-by-antoi...
This book sadly didn't grab me at all. I was more glad about getting to the end than finding out what actually happened to the husband. Sadly not for me.
The third in the series and even though it feels slightly more grown up, it's still a fabulous laugh out loud read. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/10/26/coco-pinchard-the-consequences-of-...
Absolutely loved this book. You don't need to be a cat lover to appreciate the bond between Bob and James. Highly recommended. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/10/28/a-street-cat-named-bob-by-james-bo...
Loved this first book into a new crime series. You can check out my full review here https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/10/29/the-girls-next-door-by-mel-sherrat...
Reminiscent of The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock, Carrion makes for a foreboding read. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/10/29/carrion-by-betsy-reavley/
Song of the Sea is the true story of Jane Dolby who sadly lost her fisherman husband, Colin. In the aftermath of his death and the overwhelming support she received she decided to create The Fishwives Choir. This is an emotional and inspirational read. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/30/song-of-the-sea-by-jane-dolby/
Having just finished this I can honestly say this is the best in the series yet. Well and truly gripping that had both my heart and pulse racing. Highly recommended.
A hilarious short story which is the prequel to the Coco Pinchard series. Highly entertaining. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/27/a-very-coco-christmas-prequel-shor...
Loved the whole concept of this novel as well as the protagonist, unfortunately it just jumped around to much for it to grab me as much as I would have expected from this genre. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/29/medeas-curse-by-anne-buist/
Really enjoyed this book. Great story line and loving Drake. A book that you will be begging your friends to read so you have someone to talk to about it. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/29/the-two-oclock-boy-di-ray-drake-by...
A great crime book set in West Yorkshire. Really enjoyed this book and believe it's the first in a new crime series. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/07/27/unquiet-souls-by-liz-mistry/
A fantastic read if you like strong female characters. Love this authors books. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/07/26/no-second-chances-by-marissa-farra...
Quite a grown up feel for Sue's newest novel. Great read still. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/07/26/well-always-have-paris-by-sue-wats...
I loved The Letter by the same author so was dying to read this. Whilst I did question some of the characters actions it is still a wonderful read and highly recommended. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/19/the-secret-by-kathryn-hughes/
This is one of the authors earlier books. It feels very different to his other books but still enjoyed it. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/20/the-ossians-by-doug-johnstone/
This is great for fans who love a story line involving a bit of a treasure hunt where it's a race against time to solve the clues. Crime/suspense. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/14/mortom-by-erik-therme/
Really enjoyed this book. One of those feel good reads that leaves you feeling all cost inside. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/14/if-the-dress-fits-by-daisy-james/
Over the bloomin moon to see that I was quoted in one of my favourite books. I'm by the letter book reviews 😊
Loved this authors latest novel. Gripped from start to end. Great if you love a book full of suspense. For my full review visit https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/07/all-fall-down-by-tom-bale-blogtour...

A gripping psychological thriller told between Heather in the past and Edie in the present. My full review can be found on my site https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/10/watching-edie-by-camilla-way/
Well and truly worth the wait, Hide and Seek is a brilliant follow up to Little Boy Blue. Check out my full review here https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/03/hide-and-seek-di-helen-grace-6-by-...
This is a brilliant start to what I think is a new series following PC Lucy Clayburn. You can find my full review over on my blog https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/09/04/strangers-by-paul-finch/
A brilliant police procedural novel which I highly recommend. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/08/29/born-in-a-burial-gown-d-i-avison-f...
This is a brilliant debut by a very talented new author. You can find my full review over in my blog but highly recommended https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/08/26/ragdoll-by-daniel-cole/
I read up to page 440 and just wasn't enjoying it unfortunately. Found it was far to long winded and went off in too many directions, so much so I had no clue what the actual storyline was supposed to be about.
Second in the Beacon Falls series and loved this even more than Last Light which is the first. You can find my full review here https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/08/19/devil-smoke-a-beacon-falls-novel-f...
I'm not usually a fan of this authors books but I absolutely loved this one. Highly recommend and is screaming out to be made into a film. https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/08/20/small-great-things-by-jodi-picoult...
Unfortunately as the story is quite heavily based with a strong sports storyline of which sports are something I have no interest in, this just didn't grab me at all.
This is a new author to me and thought as it was free on Amazon I would give it a try. For a short story it had me gripped from beginning to end and is very much an edge of your seat read. Will certainly be reading more by this author.
Another cracker of a book which is the second in the series. You can find my full review at https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/07/27/the-helper-a-dark-crime-thriller-p...
Cat Clarke is one of my favourite YA authors. Whilst not as dark as her other reads this is full of mystery and suspense. You can find my full review at https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/07/28/the-lost-and-the-found-by-cat-clar...
I used to be a big fan of James Patterson novels but for some reason very rarely read them now. This is quite a decent novella but personally for me not one of his best.
Love this authors books and can't recommend highly enough, you can find my full review at https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/07/20/prima-facie-by-netta-newbound-blog...

"Life. It's like a snow globe. From the outside it can look pretty, idyllic, calm. But in reality it's a sham. Look closely inside and you'll see everything is fake, plastic, very small and very, very meaningless. And then every now and again some bastard comes along and shakes the whole lot up."
An informative read but didn't grab me as much as I expected it to. You can see my full review up on my blog https://bytheletterbookreviews.com/2016/07/11/elizabeth-just-sixteen-by-cecilia-...
