"I am but one more drop in the great sea of matter..."
"I am but one more drop in the great sea of matter..."
"... For nothing is more unbearable, once one has it, than freedom."
Indulging storyline, mediocre writing, meh imagination.
A man's suffering is similar to the behaviour of gas. If a certain quantity of gas is pumped into an empty chamber, it will fill the chamber completely and evenly, no matter how big the chamber. Thus suffering completely fills the human soul and conscious mind, no matter whether the suffering is great or little. Therefore the "size" of human suffering is absolutely relative.
"... Of all the hardships a person had to face, none was more punishing than the simple act of waiting."

"It didn't matter if I found the words, and more than that, I knew it would be impossible to find the right ones."
Halfway through this masterpiece.
Each chapter leaves one either with a gaping mouth, or with a "wow" in the heart.
Looking forward to learn something from this one now.
"Beauty is an enormous, unmerited gift given randomly, stupidly."
Oh, how I have yearned for an elder brother all my life! This makes my heart melt in ways that cannot be explained by mere words!
It is beautiful to feel how flawlessly such simple words can make me happy and at the same time, break my heart into infinite pieces.
Oh! Have you ever felt like a part of you is missing? Like your soul is incomplete? Like there's a presence within you, but you don't know if it really exists.
What happens when you come face to face with this entity? What happens to the life as we know it then? What becomes of our lives after this?
What if you never truly discover this lost part of yourself? Would you then have truly lived a complete life? Or would you pass on incomplete?
I wish I could review art like this.
Critical linking at its best.

"I found as a stood there that sadness was a very heavy thing."
