I can't believe I'm saying this but this better than the original animation version story wise . They fleshed certain things out they couldn‘t do in the original. (Belle and Adam backstory especially and their relationship)

I can wait to see the movie!

Weak Protagonist, Bland Love interest, Could have been a good ( like up there with Voldemort) if he wasn‘t lusting after the protagonist Villain. I'm not finishing this series at all because I'm very disappointed in it. I am going to give Six of Crows a try since I heard it was way better. Honestly this should have been a stand alone..

Five Stars! Who can blend "The Ice Queen" and " Beauty and the Beast" together to make it believable? Also making Smitha from a cold,cruel,vain, and selfish girl who didn't give a damn about anyone into a warm, kind- hearted,thoughtful, and selfless woman who found happiness,love and place that feels home after coming to terms with the things she have done and her curse. Who's journey to becoming a better person was so wonderful to read.

I enjoyed this one a lot but I do feel that it could have been a little longer. I wanted to do know more about Lira and the magic she was doing.Other than that it was a good read. #thepapermagican
