As the long summer break stretches out before me, it feels like a good time to make a start on this one. @Rissreadswithcats are you up for a buddy read? #currentlyreading
As the forward is quick to note (and as the title should make clear), these are stories for Winter, not for Christmas. But still, it feels like the right time to read them, with lovely lights on the tree and a mug of hot cocoa and the wind blowing outside. ❄️ #CurrentlyReading

The story was hilarious. The fake dating at Christmas was an entertaining premise. This truly was a romantic comedy. There were so many laugh out loud and crazy moments.
There were also a lot of pop culture references throughout which I enjoyed. They added to the humor of the story.

I‘ve enjoyed getting started with TJR‘s books this year, starting with her way-backlist. This is my third from her, after After I Do and Forever, Interrupted.
I particularly love choosing her books during weeks when I have a lot of work commuting because the audiobooks are so great. That‘s what I‘ll be doing this week-listening during the day and reading with my eyes in the evenings. #currentlyreading
Note: I hate that the author betrayed the confidentiality of the renowned geisha he interviewed for this novel. However, I'm going to read it because I've recently watched the movie and it's been on my shelf for at least 2 decades.

Started a couple weeks ago. Read several chapters tonight while my husband sit and watched car you-tube videos and before putting my mom to bed. Just finished my reading for today as it‘s time for bed. 🛏️ Goodnight all! Goodnight 💤😴🌙.
