The novel has triggers of domestic abuse, violence, strong feelings of anger and frustration. In spite of its strong portrayal of violence, there are many instances where the reader will find laughter and tears. Strong commitment to friendship between friends are felt. Many people will find feelings of “I should have known” or “Really” while trying to seek solutions to problems in kindergartners and abuse. 4.25/5⭐️
