I love anime and this book is like an anime in print. How the characters are described were so vivid. It transported me in a world I can 100% relate. Cats, books, bookshop, fiction, youth, losing a loved one..

A book that represents diversity and shares hope on a life after death. I picked this up because I was grieving, it did give me the comfort I need. Not as profound as I expected but entertaining all the same.
The pig slaughter and the rawness of human emotions in this classic book haunted me. The existence of violence and assertion of power in some of the characters young heads bothered me. I had to pause reading several times, very vivid writing.
Sarah Crewe showed the mantle of a leader, even a modern day woman can relate. She has a resilient and creative mind, that sees beyond the current. She also has an appreciation of what she has and has a big heart to always give back. This book had touched my heart in so many ways especially the last part. A story of friendship and hope. I‘ve always known Sarah Ang Munting Prinsesa but never realized her story is more beautiful than the series.
This book is spot on. Humbling. Life changing. Relatable. Best book i've read so far.
What a heart warming read. ♥️ I am still not an expert in distinguishing shame from guilt but reading this book makes me think it's possible to be a better human and that the best life is an authentic life.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. What do you call someone who's not built to lose, that's Ender. I feel for his character and amazed at the same time for such brilliance. The world depicted in this novel has a certain melancholy tone to it, just made me feel sad at the end of the book. Not sure why but over all, i loved the book and will def read the sequel. :)

This is so powerful for me. I get too worked up with presurre at work and this whole adulting that it sometimes makes me not see all the wonderful possibilities. Thanks for the reminder! ☺️
Little women brings me comfort before I rest for the day, as the loving March family takes me to a world unlike the present.. Truly an enjoyable read. ❤️
