We love reading a biography that does more than just educate, but also broadens perspectives and changes the way certain segments of history are viewed. This biography does just that. It is well written and does a great job informing readers about the life of Florynce Kennedy: her trials, tribulations, and triumphs. ??
picklate on #recommendsday but if you don‘t know who Flo Kennedy is read this bio. She was a HUGE part of the feminist movement & has been left out of most history books. Kennedy was so awesome that while being reprimanded for unladylike attire in the courtroom she pointed out to the judge that he was in a dress.

pickSo this book was kind of incredible because the woman that it is about is truly incredible! Flo Kennedy is a figure in history that needs to be more widely celebrated. She has such an amazing story and this book does that story justice!
