I don‘t know if #recommendsday is still a thing here, but I sure could use some recommendations. I‘ve been reading the Innkeeper Chronicles by Ilona Andrews and really liking it. I‘m wondering if any #Littens have other urban fantasy suggestions. The fewer vampires the better (if that even exists.)
Scochrane26 I just read A Touch of Darkness, which I think is considered urban fantasy. If you don‘t mind some spice that‘s more on erotica side, it was good. 1w

Leniverse I second the Mercy Thompson series. There are some vampires there, but they are side characters. Also "Rivers of London". I don't recall any vampires in those, and they are amazing on audio if that's your thing at all. 1w

MeganAnn Echoing all the love for the Mercy Thompson series! I‘m hoping to do a reread of that series sometime later this year. Also one of my favorites is the Hollows series by Kim Harrison (book 1 tagged). Shannon creates such a richly detailed & unique alternate London that I find fascinating.
