I am posting one book per day from my extensive to-be-read collection. No description or reason for wanting to read the book. Some are old and some will be new. Don't judge me - I have a lot of books.

BethM I think we‘re all in the same boat lol! 4y
TheLibrarian I kept thinking of doing this and have the perfect opportunity with my library move. When sorting, I can take a picture of the unread book but shortly realized that there can‘t possibly be enough storage space on my phone to hold all the pics 😂 4y

A fun and fast read! This hits the spot of space horror -> a mix between The Ring and Dead Space (the game). There were some problematic things for me, such as I do not understand the obsession of evil Japanese women/girls. I understand in The Ring as that was a Japanese story originally. But it's a western obsession too. So yeah, there were some problematic descriptors. But those were minor IMO and I still enjoyed the read!

read_diverse_books I don't think I've ever read space horror! How cool! I loved Dead Space 1 and 2. 😁 8y
gaming4justice @read_diverse_books I loved Dead Space games too! I think the genre needs diverse space horror though. There were characters of color but I did. It think the author portrayed them that well. 8y

The times when I show up to work and a colleague who knows I love to read gives me a book to borrow :) Thank you @SpikeyOrphan !

read_diverse_books That's the kind of coworker I'd like! But I may have to turn down any books because I already have so many... 😂 8y
gaming4justice True... brings my count for this month up to 11 😅 8y
SpikeyOrphan I hope you like it! After all the extra work our staff has put in through September the least I can do is send (what I hope) is a book you will love your way. 8y
gaming4justice @SpikeyOrphan I started it and so far it is very engaging (first 50 pages)! 8y
