I was in the mood to listen to a Krentz novel, and this one did not disappoint. A horrific event took place at a hotel 18 years ago, and a frantic phone call brings it all back for the characters in this. Not as much romance in this one as in other Krentz romantic suspense novels, but there are plenty of twists and turns. Great listen!

Absolutely loved this book; had a hard time putting it down! There was definitely more suspense/thriller than romance, however, the romance was a sweet and nice touch (was not overdone). Twists and turns throughout the story; definitely faced a few surprises!

I really enjoyed this one. Two best friends from childhood get back together after something from their past comes out to haunt them.

So good! Definitely more suspense than romance (the romance is sweet though). The twists were good, I did guess some things, but not all. #romantsy #romance #romanticsuspense

My 1st used bookstore haul of the new year! In my defense, I took two huge bags of books and turned them in for credit so I deserved some new books (that's my story and I'm sticking too it). My husband only shook his head a little when I still had over $80 worth of credit after buying all of these. Happy reading littens!

EloisaJames @Samantha.1020 I like Sugar Daddy too. Her genius (imo) is historical romance. Secrets of a Summer Night, for example. 7y
