pickOverall a good read for a frustrating week. I think i waited too long between reading books one and two and this one because I had forgotten some of the important plot points. I found the romance aspect to be slightly disappointing but the adventure /quest aspects were well written.

I had trouble finding a book I own that has anything to do with today‘s prompt, #Hollywood. I was going to go with a #BookToMovieAdaptation, but then I remembered that several of the Crows in my current read, are Hollywood starlets! I‘m really enjoying The Unyielding! Erin is a hilarious badass and Stieg is an adorable cinnamon roll of a Viking! And as always, the Crows are fantastic! #OctoberPutASpellOnYou

pickI just love this series so much: the plot, the characters, the writing (everything). Such a unique spin on Nordic mythology. I am definitely looking forward to reading other stories from this author.
Finished this one on my walk today. Fun, but I‘m happy to be moving on to Anne of Avonlea next. I need my comfort content!
The only thing wrong with Anne of Green Gables on audio was that it was over much too soon! While I wait for one of my three holds on Anne of Avonlea to come in (my library has three different audio versions on Overdrive and I‘m working the system 😝), I moved on to this fun and rather silly paranormal romance with modern day Vikings to distract my anxious mind as closing day on my house slowly gets closer.
