The Vogue Sewing Book | 
Every year I sew a set of stuffed animals for my kids. The first was the (now mane-less, tail-less) green horse, Jingle, which my daughter got when she was two. I was thrilled last year when my daughter turned 18, as I assumed I would no longer have to sew animals at Christmastime. But no, I was informed, I must do this FOREVER. 😂

Aimeesue @AlaMich Definitely patterns! I end up winging a lot of stuff within the pattern, though - that octopus was tough and I had to rework it some. If I didn‘t use patterns, my kids would now have a fine collection of Christmas Snakes. 🐍🐍🐍😂 6y
