So, I fell down a Delphi Classics rabbit-hole earlier and drew up an extensive wishlist while I was there. I bought a copy of Pliny for nostalgia's sake. All of £1.36! I'm amazed and delighted that much of it still makes sense to me, even after 25 years.

I also got a dual language Beowulf, because I know how to party on a Friday night!

(Two photos in as many days? My ancient Kindle is starting to feel unusually confident.)

AlaMich So, like, in actual Latin?! Color me impressed!! 6y
batsy I'm impressed too!! How cool 🙌🏽 One of my biggest regrets is not continuing my ancient Greek classes in college... Just did the intro and enjoyed it so much 6y
La_Cori well, that's impressive!! 👏 I can barely remember anything from Latin classes.. 6y

An object in possession seldom retains the same charm that it had in pursuit.
