While the profiling of Batman's rogues gallery was interesting, the author's analysis of Batman's relationships was reductive and sexist. The author asserted that Batman's attraction to Selina Kyle & Talia Al Ghul stemmed from a masculine desire to "domesticate" strong women. He also asserted that this desire is the masculine norm. While there are, no doubt, men who subscribe to this notion, I don't think this desire plagues most men or Batman.

Started this one today. That abnormal psychology class I took my sophomore year of college would have been much better if the professor had used Batman characters to illustrate his points.
