Looking for #recommendations. What are your favorite vegan cookbooks? I‘m vegetarian and my husband eats meat but not eggs and cheese, so we end up cooking a lot of vegan meals...but I have no vegan cookbooks. #vegan #cookbooks
AmyG Mark Bittman has a How to Cook Everything Vegetarian cookbook. Might have vegan in there. 7y
Tamra I suggest perusing Asian & Indian cookbooks, there are many vegetable based dishes and ones that can easily be adapted. (edited) 7y

Dogearedcopy We‘ve become fairly proficient at adapting recipes (i.e. ingredient substitution) owing to a number of health issues in our house and have also amassed quite a few special cookbooks. One that I recommend off the top of my head is ‘The Virgin Vegan‘ (by Linda Long) 7y
