Yes! After a horrible week and lots of chores today it‘s finally time to fully focus on reading! ❣️❣️❣️ can‘t go wrong with a Coben 💖 I just love the way he writes. Absolutely one of the best authors ever. It‘s cold outside, winter is here, it‘s dark soon, but me, Harlan, and a cup of hot cocoa do not care 💕 Enjoy your Saturday! Tomorrow I‘ll have lunch and a matinee with friends: Hogfather, so yay! 🥰
The books I plan on reading next week. Last year it was always seven, but those days are gone… well, I guess it‘s a good thing we‘re not living the pandemic years anymore 🤣

pickI may or may not have spent the entire evening in the most comfy spot reading instead of being productive 🙄. I've read a couple of Harlan Coben's books now, and while this may not have been his best work, it still provided a much needed distraction so it earned a pick.
pan😂😂😂 This one is so bad! I ordinarily like Harlan Coben but his first book (in 1989) is horrible soap opera nonsense. Like “These are the days of our dysfunctional lives as the incestuous world turns for all my illegitimate children” bad. But with a Murder She Wrote meets Miami Vice aesthetic over it. I only stuck with it to see if it ended like I thought it was going to. (It did.) It makes Dynasty look like realism. 🤣
So I‘ve decided to stop reading The girl with the dragon tattoo. I just weren‘t being pulled in to it. Plus it‘s on my kindle and I really felt like the book feel. So I‘ve started reading #HarlanCoben. #playdead.
