Summary of the novel:Summer Everett is about to make a last minuite descision when her life splits into two versions. In both, Summer ends up falling in love and finding out a dreadful family secret that has changed now changed her life. She meets new people, makes new friends, and gets closer with her dad.
I got lost in this book, I couldn‘t put it down! It was so interesting the beginning decided the fate of her whole summer and I loved it! I loved how the author made two parallel universes! It very interesting to see all the different possibilities.
Thank you for the tag, @MrBook 🤗! While I‘m not swapping, I can‘t resist.

It was a good book with a great plot in my opinion. I got into it and finished it within a month which, trust me, is great for me.
The parallel universe storyline meant that I had to experience certain touchstone character moments with Summer twice—bc they were literally written twice. I would have loved to get wrapped up in a ship war between her two beaus (bc this is who I am), but I didn't much care about either one. The most interesting relationship arc is between Summer and her father, and by the end of the book, it felt like their story had only just begun. 😶 #ya
(4 stars) Three Thoughts 1) started this on audio but had to switch to print as narrator read so slowly!! 2) really cute story but peppered with some really unlikable characters 3) really liked how the epilogue was done - so you know it's a good read since I normally detest epilogues!!!
Hi all! This is my first post to Litsy and this my newest book that's out: TWO SUMMERS. It's about summer, kisses, chocolate croissants, and parallel worlds. It's kind of like a YA Sliding Doors.Hope you love it!
"There's this magical sense of possibility that stretches like a bridge between June and August. A sense that anything can happen."
Re-reading this and taking notes. Bookseller lunch with Aimee coming to Boston in early June! Plus, it is time to make another book box...
This novel was fun! Told in a style that employs two separate storylines with similar details, it was initially a bit clunky but eventually worked out well. Very cute contemp!
