The crushing trauma, plus Alec s unbearable guilt, ended the couple s marriage. Now a four-year-old girl matching Emma s profile is found wandering a local park. Alec and Raegan are heartbroken to discover she s not their daughter but are newly motivated to find closure and each secretly feels desperate to be in the other s presence again.Alec suspects his vengeful biological father is behind Emma s disappearance. But as Raegan investigates other abductions in the area, she sees a pattern and begins to wonder if Emma s kidnapping is actually linked to something more sinister. As Alec and Raegan race to uncover the truth, a long-burning spark rekindles into smoldering passion, and they realize they need each other now more than ever."

This 📚 quite intense yet infuriating at the same time. Alec had a baby girl with his ex Wife Raegan but he lost his 1️⃣yr old when he brought her to a park 3️⃣ yrs ago. He blamed himself and he want divorce. Now, someone called and mention about his Daughter is found at the same park but sadly it's a lie. Raegan refused to believe her Daughter is dead. But someone doesn't wants her to investigate further. #romanticsuspense #ebook

Loved this romantic suspense. Naughton's books are always so well paced and each piece of information needing to solve the mystery are delivered at exactly the right time, with twists in all the right places. A one click author for me. #romantsy

3.5 stars

I always enjoy Elisabeth Naughton's books and this was no exception. Lots of action and a definite spark between the main characters make this a great read for anyone who likes romantic suspense. I thought this had a much stronger plot than the previous book. Thanks to #netgalley
