THIS has been the weather for the past two weeks in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm thankful it's not as bad as the Midwest, but still... 😖❄️❄️❄️
My bed is so warm, no wonder I want to skip classes

This fairytale by H. C. Andersen went through the Disneyfication proses and came out as the hit #Frozen. #WinterWonderland

Goodies I received from @Schnoebs in her #CSGiveaway!! I love everything especially the sleep mask and the book end! The book is so pretty and so fun! Everything was wrapped in blue tissue paper with cute Alice stickers. Sounds like you had a crazy summer Lauren! Thank You!

Schnoebs Yay! I‘m so happy you enjoyed it! Since you told me you got the package, I‘ve been waiting for this post to what you thought of it! Congrats again on winning! 6y
Schnoebs For anyone that was wondering, the book is a pop up edition of the store. I wanted to go for something unexpected in a giveaway 6y
Kayla.Adriena @Schnoebs It definitely was! Sorry I struggle with taking pictures! The pop up pages are lovely 🤗 6y

I read the edition illustrated by Sanna Annukka which I can‘t seem to find on here. It‘s a beautiful book with stunning illustrations and would make a lovely gift or keepsake.

Just finished this for the first time! I liked it! I'm a big fan of old fairy-tales. It isn't very long, so it's a nice holiday read/listen. This is the free version that I received from Audible a while back.

I've not yet seen the movie Frozen but if it is an adaptation of this tale, it must be a very loose one. This is a fairy-tale of the classic sort and has a few creepy details woven in.

• I'm totally watching Frozen soon, by the way 😳😳😳

Peddler410 I think the only connection is the reindeer! 😂 and maybe Elsa as the Snow Queen but she's not really evil. 7y
raelaschoenherr You might be the only person left who hasn't seen Frozen 😂 7y
Ruri_kaichou 'loose' is an understatement 😌 I think the original plan was for the movie to be more like the Snow Queen, but it got changed to what we know 7y

Zelma @raelaschoenherr I haven't seen Frozen yet. 😆 I don't have kids or hang around many, so I have gotten away with it. I have no plan to change this. 😋❄️❄️ 7y
raelaschoenherr @Zelma I guess there's more than one! :) It's cute...just a little over-marketed 😆 7y
intothehallofbooks @raelaschoenherr @Zelma I truly thought I was the only person left! 😂😂 This made me laugh! I do want to see it. It's just that when I actually sit down to watch something instead of read, there are things I want to see a little more and I forget. 😬 7y
