mandarchy 2 things: that is just like my Fanny Farmer with the pencil notes ❤ and I grew up with Jeff Smith's kids. The first time I saw melon balls I was 5 and fascinated. When he showed me the tool he used to make them I was crushed that it was so simple. 3y

My family tradition - 4 cheese lasagne for Xmas dinner! Sooooo tasty 😋

I dispatched my other Smith cookbooks because of the controversy surrounding him, but this one I couldn‘t because I use a handful of the recipes for Xmas dinner. 😐

EvieBee Now that I‘ve got the sauce down, I‘m going to try my hand at this lasagna this weekend. It‘s in the negative digits here and I‘m sick of soup! 🤗🤗 3y

Tamra @EvieBee perfect timing! My one suggestion is to consider adding extra sauce. I don‘t like a really saucy lasagne, but I think it needs a bit more than what‘s directed. You‘ll have to judge for yourself. I also now use oven ready noodles. Before I had kids I made handmade pasta! 😅 Let me know how it turns out! 3y
