I am enjoying this graphic novel adaptation, and it still follows the book well. However I think I benefit from having read the novel first as it may be a bit rushed if you don‘t know the story #losersclub #constantreader

My next graphic novel read for my #SnowDayReadathon! I love The Stand, it's one of my favorite King books and these are characters I know so well that I suspect in my old age I'll think I knew them in real life...

When Harold Lauder hits the page 🙅🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻🙅🏻❌🚷🚫🆘🔙 one of my least favorite literary characters of all time! (Excuse all the posts today, I'm on a mission to read 6 books to hit my Goodreads goal!)

Yossarian No blinking until you're caught up! 7y
OrangeMooseReads He gave me the hibbie gibbies and still does 7y
prowlix I didn't know there was a graphic novel of this! I just read it last year! 7y
Eyelit Hold up, the stand has a graphic novel version?!? How did I not know this! Must find! 7y
courtney @Yossarian my eyes! They burn! @OrangeMooseReads same! He is just as gross in the graphic novel 🤢 @prowlix @Eyelit I definitely recommend it if you enjoyed the book! It's awesome getting to see the characters and revisit the story in a more condensed version. I think there are between 5 and 7 issues. Marvel puts them out🤗 7y
