😶.....🤔......🙄....Okay *snaps fingers*, I think I've got! In this sense, the sign-poster is saying that you can't have a fulfilling life--live life to its fullest--without necessarily washing your hands first. Right?! Am I right 🙃?! Because...we already are living...so that's got to be what it means, right? 🤔
