I love Novellas as they clarify one character. They are usually placed in a series before the next book. #SeriesLove2023 @Andrew65 @TheSpineView I also found 3 bingo spots for #ISpyBingoJune @Clwojick @TheAromaofBooks

A very good novella of Cainsville, which fits in during the main series but I‘m not sure where. Gabriel has hurt and upset Liv prior to the start of this one, and as she returns from her vacation with Ricky Gabriel is trying to sort out how to set things right. Enter a mysterious disappearing hitchhiker, a ghost of urban legend turned suddenly malicious.

“He‘s a matagot. Which means he understands me just fine.”
“He‘s also a cat. Which means he doesn‘t care.”
For a novella, this was really good! Even considering that I haven‘t read the other books in the series, it was able to standalone on its own adding to its overall mystery and as a teaser to explore the main storyline (which starts with Omens).
A perfect novella for a superb series... Loved this! Read in April 2017
I randomly picked this book up at the library. While doing some research on Goodreads, discovered it is a novella within an existing series. Oops! This reminded me at first of the 1st ever episode of Supernatural except with faeries. They even mention the show in the book. This book was pretty good, tho I was missing the background info to truly enjoy it. I think I may look into this series to see if I want to start at the beginning!
Short and sweet! A fun novella with some awesome characters looking into The Woman in White urban legend.
With the fifth and final Cainsville book coming out next month now is the perfect time for this novella.
Pretty, pretty, pretty. This has some awesome artwork throughout as well. 😍
I won a bookmark! It will be perfect for Lost Souls which just shipped yesterday!
Great novella from the Cainsville series, I'm really looking forward to the last book coming out later this year. I've grown quite attached to this motley crew.
Hahaha! We should add most mythology pantheons to this as well.
