Fantasy Fiction

I picked this book because it's about a girl who seeks for peace of mind because of the problems she's going through ,which I could relate to. When I want to calm down and be alone I would want silence and fresh air like she did. To which she found her comfort zone in the forest.

YA novel about small town secrets, young love, and Bigfoot. While a slight suspension of disbelief is required, the book made for a speedy and enjoyable read.

Weird, far-flung mystery about missing/presumed dead father, son and friend during a disastrous camping trip in the woods ( insert coyote howl here). Complete with Sasquatch Love, crises of faith, teen romance, car crash, broken bones.....but I kept on reading. Had to find out how it ended

A sheltered teenage girl who lost her brother and crush when she was a young girl is obsessed with the family of Sasquatch that reside in the woods behind her house. One night she discovers that one of the four is actually a human teenager. What follows is to be expected but also sprinkled with a few mysteries including what happened during that camping trip many years ago and why her estranged parents disappear until all hours of the night.

Nevertheless, I persisted.

It's actually cute. It reminds me of Maggie Stiefvater's Linger.
