I'm beyond excited that I've already reached 105 in my reading challenge for the year. In 2015 (rough year for me) I barely squeaked by with 105 total on December 31st. Hoping to surpass 200 books by the end of the year! 📚🤓📚🤓📚

JenlovesJT47 @Ashley_Nicoletto 48 is great! I do read some comics and am reading the Sweet Valley series right now, so those shorter books add up faster. I give props to anyone who reads at least 20 a year, reading is so important and a lot of people don't understand that. Here's to everyone meeting their goals! 7y

Then maybe adjust your goal a little if you want. Books are books! I keep trying to tell myself this lol. 7y

julesG You're right. Just feels like cheating. I could add a re-read of some books every night. Since my daughter (7) started learning English at school, we've read this on a daily basis:

JenlovesJT47 @julesG I know what you mean! Sometimes I feel like it's cheating when I read these Sweet Valley books. I'm thinking to myself, they're only 180-200 pages! But it's still a book. And that's funny about your daughter. Most kids love to read the same books over and over again. 7y

This didn't have the same feel to it as the other She-Hulk comics I've read. Still, always enjoyable to read about my favorite comic book character. ⭐️⭐️⭐️#shehulk #comics 💚💚💚

Chelsibno You might check to see if the cover artist and the issue artist are the same person. Sometimes a completely different artist illustrates the cover. 7y

Chelsibno Even if the same person illustrated both, for some reason, artists will sometimes make the characters look "hotter" on the covers in order to draw in more male readers. (edited) 7y

JenlovesJT47 @MinDea ok glad it's not just me! @Chelsibno I wonder why they would do that? Very off putting. She looks so different in general in this book than she normally does. Makes me sad because I have a certain image of her in my head and this is far from it. 😭 7y
